  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund minus $300 cancellation fee
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund minus $300 cancellation fee.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Pools are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may be dictated by the HOA or Health Department. Pools may also be closed after a hurricane or tropical storm. No refunds for pool closures.
  • Elevator is available for convenience only and does not guarantee ADA compliance or wheelchair accessibility. No refunds for elevator outages.
  • Linens are provided: beds will be made with clean sheets, bath towels provided, bathmats in each bathroom, kitchen towel and dish sponge provided. Guests must make any trundle, sofa beds, or top bunks.
  • Rollaway twin bed is available upon request but not advertised.
